Andrew Latos, partner and founder of the firm, attended St. John's University (B.S. 1985) where he majored in Finance. Mr. Latos subsequently attended Touro Law School graduating in 1988. He has taught finance and real estate and in his professional capacity has dealt with numerous lending institutions. He was admitted to the New York Bar Association in 1989.
Mr. Latos is on the Board of Directors of First Central Savings Bank, NY, a community lending institution, where along with his board duties he also serves on other committees of the bank. Mr. Latos has concentrated in the practice of real estate for the past 18 years, and has represented various lending institutions involved with real estate and NYC Taxi Cab Medallion financing.
